Return Policy​
At Whitehurst Workshops, we are committed to your satisfaction. You may return eligible items ordered from our web store within 30 days of receipt. For damaged or defective items, additional rights apply as outlined below. All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with our criteria.

Return Criteria

Non-Defective Items: Must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt for a refund (original shipping fees non-refundable).

Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us of faults with photos or videos showing the issue and evidence that the fault was not caused by misuse. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, repairs may be offered thereafter.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email ethan@whitehurstworkshops.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Include photos or videos for defective items. All returns require prior approval.

Receive Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

Ship Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in original packaging, and include the provided Return Authorization Number. Drop off at your local post office using our prepaid label.

Processing: Returns are inspected and processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
